How long are your contracts?

Our typical contract is 12 months with monthly payments. Annual payments upfront do not require a contract, and get 2 months free. Enterprise terms may be flexible depending on the scope of work.

Do you have a free option?

Yes. A free account lets you create products, build presentations, and share them. You can collect unlimited orders on the Marketplace, but you have limited abilities to collect orders outside of the Marketplace. When you're ready to collect more orders outside the Marketplace and unlock the full platform, paid plans start at $49/month.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees for our Startup and Business plans. Enterprise customers may have fees depending on the scope of work.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

No credit card is needed when signing up.

Is phone support available?

Do my buyers need to create an account or pay any fees?

No. Buyers can view your line sheets and place orders without creating an account or paying anything. The experience is frictionless on their end.

How quickly can I get up and running?

Most brands are live within a day. There's no lengthy onboarding, no dev work required, and no waiting on an account manager to set things up. You can start a free trial now. If you need custom integrations, get in touch — we can have everything up and running in 1-3 weeks.
